Get ready for the next Isobelle Cambell folks! Alessi's Ark released her debut CD, "the Horse EP", today in the U.K. These four songs all bring a unique twist of blended harmonies and instrumentation. Alessi's voice stands out and carries you out to sea. "The Horse", is the song getting all the attention on the radio stations in the U.K. The last 3 songs are well polished tunes that add different compliments to the EP. I wouldn't be surprised if all four tracks ended up on her first full release next year. Bat for Lashes, Imogen Heap, and Norah Jones fans this ones for you. Stay tuned for more on Alessi!
Good news is she'll be in the states next March for SXSW!

Like the song, she also reminds me a little of Emma Pollack from the Delgados and Laura Marling.
I love this song so much she is amzing live! the EP is brilliant cnt wait till the albums out next month. saw her at the social a while back and she was just so charming, i just sank into her performance! gona see her at the instore roughtrade event on sat cnt wait shes gona be amazing!!!
