Great show, like the new Birdmonster material, saw someone write that the new stuff has Tom Petty influences, gotta agree. Have seen this San Francisco band three times now and every performance has been top notch, lots of energy. See this American band live!
Rumble Strips have some great songs, really enjoyed the ska infuences. They ended the show with a cover of Thin Lizzy's "The Boy are Back in Town" - can't get any better than that. Mark Ronson
will be producing their next release so big things ahead.
Should of course read "The Boys are Back in Town". Thin Lizzy are near the top of the list for the greatest Irish bands of all time.
Get those Birdmonster stage invasion pictures up - maybe we can photoshop The Rock N Roll Star dancing between you and Sophia!
Nice pics and vid Brody. Surprised you held the camera that steady with how much you were dancing during The Rumble Strips set. Fun night at the Entry, too bad more people weren't there to enjoy it, but the ones that were, well, we were the lucky ones. Two great young bands that with time will only get better. Always good to see the McCoys out at a gig!
