Kooks invade the states for a second time.  This time they will be playing in support of their sophomore release "Konk".  Their second full length will be released in the U.S. April 15th.   The Kooks will finally be making a stop in Minneapolis! A miracle has happened. I went to chicago to check these guys out at the metro, and let me tell it was worth it. They easily sold out the metro which holds about 1500. I'm just happy their label didn't put them on a tour with Swithfoot like they did with another great U.K. band Athlete. Not sure when tickets will be available. Get Ready For The Kooks!!!!!

Their new release "Konk" is named after Ray Davies' North London studio, where The Kooks have recorded both of their releases.
Have been looking forward to seeing them here in Minneapolis for three years!
