Minneapolis Take Over Concert Raises Money For Refugees

Last Saturday, 15 below zero did not stop the Minneapolis crowd from enjoying some of the best local bands at the Varsity Theater. The concert called, "the Minneapolis Take Over", raised money for refugees in Sudan. The Alarmists, White Light Riot, Haley Bonar, Revolver Modele, and Chris Koza were some of the great local artists playing music for this wonderful event. Whatever it takes to get music played, and all the better when money is raised for charities. The Alarmists have the best album EP from last year and our one of my top 5 favorite local bands. -Brody
