The wood floors were shaking the whole night and the crowd was on fire. The Virgins from New York kicked things off from New York after a very long wait. The New Yorkers sounded a lot like the band Razorlight. Very good tunes, lot of potential.
The mates from Down Under definitely got are attention and put on quite the show. "Are You Gonna Be My Girl", "Move On", and "Cold Hard Bitch" were some of their classics that they played. Their new stuff is decent, with a few slow tracks mixed in just like their last record. Vu and I checked out the House of Blues, searched for scalpers, and begged for tickets. We got em!, a pair within minutes of when we arrived... This night has made this weekend the best weekend possible!!!!!!!! Jet not only is the marque rock n' roll band from Australia but symbolizes pure greatness. Standing on Speakers, Walking on the bar tables drinkin' the night away, and jumping off the drums just goes to show what kind of set this dudes put on... Go see Jet, and pray you can see them in a venue like the house of blues(1400people max). Getting ready to check out The Kooks!!!!!! Stay Tuned!!!!!!!! -Brody
