Is this a sign i should be in a band? A band called Tennis?!

The name of the band is Tennis and the guitar player looks like my twin brother. WTF?
Not sure if this is a sign from God or just a coincidence. Either way i may start to actually try to learn how to play guitar now. My uncle got me into the kinks and all kinds of good music from the 60's, along with all my cool Minneapolis friends that are all in bands. I've also been going to concerts the last 10 years, so clearly I've had plenty of influence. The problem has just been the motivation when i pick that guitar up. I guess this could be my new years resolution. I'll keep y'all posted.

Regardless this band is awesome and reminds me of beach house and best coast. Their brief story about sailing and how that met in school is pretty fascinating in the interview. Go buy this record as it's set to be one of the best in 2011. Tennis will release their debut album Cape Dory on January 18 through Fat Possum Records. Currently touring in Europe they'll be back in the US soon to tour for a few months leading up to SXSW! Can't wait to see them there!

Time of my life hanging out with this Danish band. Some of the most open-minded people I've ever met in my life. Me and my friend Casey hung out with the band after the interview, learned some Danish and got some insight on the real Rock N Roll life.
